Probiotic are generally termed as friendly bacteria which are very important for the development of our immune system. They help protect us against micro organisms which can lead to various diseases. They do play a vital role in absorption and digestion of nutrients and other food particles. Bacteria can certainly be distributed among two ways depending on their type:- 1. Use of Antibiotics:-antibiotics do kill diseases causing germs but along with that they also kill the friendly bacteria which were present in your gut. This certainly is an awkward situation as it is similar as if you are planting something to kill your enemies but in spite of them your friends also suffer. Certain bad consequences of this may cause diarrhea which is due to the disturbance in the gastrointestinal flora tract as a side effect of antibiotics. Other side effects include salt mineral imbalance in the body with dehydration problems particularly among small age group. After consuming a certain dose of Probiotics the friendly bacteria which are beneficial do get replaced. There are almost 400 species of bacteria in the digestive tract .however if one totals out then the sum goes up to around 100 billion organisms, hence it would be a typical task to replace the good bacteria among them. Bifidus and Lactobacillus are some of the helpful bacteria which help in reversing the effects of antibiotic therapy. This application is also supported by recent scientific studies. 2. Bad microorganisms:-they are micro organisms which cause damage by spreading diseases like fungi, yeast, bacteria and fungi. Researchers are burning their midnight oil exploring the fact that whether Probiotics could damage these unfriendly agents on first stance or whether they completely suppress their motion of activity in conditions like inflammatory bowel disease and vaginal infections etc. To create link towards this article on your website, copy and paste the text below in your page.
