This is my story of dealing with arthritis. I hope you may find something in it to help you!
About twelve months ago I began having pain in my right hand. Within a few weeks the pain, accompanied by stiffness and some swelling, had spread to my left hand and feet.
After a few weeks of suffering I decided to call the doctor. He ordered an Arthritis Profile, which means blood was drawn from me and tested. The results were positive for Rheumatoid Arthritis.
However, already before this diagnosis, I had decided that whatever was going awry in my body would be healed by God. And I believed that it was already in process.
After receiving the results from the doctor, I immediately went to the local health food store and began researching Arthritis. In a useful little booklet I learned the benefits of apple cider vinegar for various health issues. The booklet even talked about arthritis and how to reduce and eventually eliminate it by eating 60-70% raw vegetable and fruits, drinking apple cider vinegar cocktails, and taking other supplements.
The booklet did not promise to cure arthritis, but said that the body is capable of healing itself when we take proper care of it by eating right, taking supplements, and exercising.
So I began my regimen of eating more fruits and vegetables, staying away from junk foods, taking vitamins and supplements, and walking at least five times a week. I also learned to enjoy my apple cider vinegar drink.
Within a few months my right hand began to improve; then the left hand and feet began to feel better. After one year I consider myself 95% healed.
I am thankful to God.... and also to apple cider vinegar!
