I’ve always liked that Frank Sinatra tune “All or Nothing at All,” but it’s a horrible guide to relationships and health. I had a conversation that illustrates this. Here, let me show you… [Setting: Fast food restaurant. JOHN is having a burger and soda while ADAM has fried chicken and water.] [JOHN and ADAM begin to sing a disco version of “All or Nothing at All.” They start dancing and are joined by the waitresses, then other restaurant patrons. Three minutes later they have all burned roughly 30 calories.]
