 The Van Andel Institute, located on Medical Mile has appointed new postions including 1 new Board member in the last 90+ days. Dr Jim Mason, Dr John Bender, Jack Frick, Tim Myers, Linda Zarzecki, Joe Gavan, Dr. Mark Neff and Jose Cardenas are those who are named. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~  Dr John Bender was recently hired for the Center for Clinical Sciences at the VAI to develop the Phase 1 Oncology program. He will continue to oversee the divisions of procurement, Internet Technology, grants and contracts.
